  • Before you pitch, you need to know your customer better than anyone in that room. This session is for founders who want to pressure-test their assumptions, sharpen their ICP, and make sure the problem they’re solving is the problem people actually have.

    We’ll dig into your research, your interviews, your insights — and figure out what’s signal and what’s noise. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of who you’re building for and why that matters to investors.

    How It Works: Customer discovery is not a one-session process and anyone who tells you otherwise is setting you up to fail. We typically work together over 3 to 4 sessions, starting with identifying your target customer, then designing and running real discovery interviews, then analyzing what you learn, and finally translating those insights into investor-ready language.

  • Everything in the Deck Review, plus a 30-minute Zoom call to walk through the feedback together. We’ll go slide by slide, answer your questions, and leave knowing exactly what to fix and why.

    Submit your deck, receive your written review within 5 business days, then we’ll book your debrief call.

    How It Works: Send me your deck and within 5 business days you'll receive full written feedback. This also includes a 30 minute session to give you feedback and context in real time. Think of it as sitting across from an investor before you actually have to.

  • Knowing your business and being able to pitch it are two completely different skills. This session is for founders who are actively preparing to fundraise and want to practice, refine, and get sharp before they’re in front of investors.

    We’ll work through your pitch live — your opening, your story, how you handle objections, and how you close. I’ll push back the way investors do so you’re ready for the real thing.

    How It Works: Most founders need 3-4 sessions to get truly pitch-ready. We start by rebuilding your narrative, then run a full mock pitch with real investor feedback, then refine until you can walk into any room with confidence.
